The office is situated at the rear of Millennium House on Junction Road, just up from the roundabout on Ecclesall Road, at Hunters Bar.

Buses from the city centre travelling along Eccleshall Road include No.s 81, 82, 84 and 88. The No. 3 travels along Psalter Lane
